d-spa spreads smiles across the world

When you visit the dentist, there is an expectation that they are going to do all they can to look after your smile. But last Christmas, one dental health group also managed to guarantee smiles for some of the poorest people in the world.

Dental Spa, or d-spa as they are better known, agreed to promote World Vision’s Smiles gift catalogue amongst clients visiting their three Melbourne locations in the few months leading up to Christmas.

At the end of their treatment, d-spa clients were handed a Smiles gift catalogue, which contains details on quirky, but practical gifts designed to change the lives of children, families and communities in need.

Through Smiles, gift items including goats, donkeys, mosquito nets and food for children can be purchased on behalf of a friend or loved one to help a family or community in the developing world.

World Vision salutes d-spa and their clients for spreading smiles across the world over Christmas.
